Scholarships Available for Applicants to the Gandel Holocaust Studies Program for Australian Educators

Teachers applying to the Gandel Holocaust Studies Program for Australian Educators will be carefully chosen by an eminent Advisory Committee, through competitive selection, for their potential to become leaders in Holocaust education in Australia.
In addition to nominating the successful candidates to participate in the Gandel Program, the Advisory Committee will also offer different scholarships available for the Program, including ten full scholarships from Yad Vashem supported by Gandel Philanthropy.

The scholarships and study grants offered to applicants of the Gandel Holocaust Studies Program for Australian Educators are generously supplied by:

  • Yad Vashem through the support of Gandel Philanthropy
  • Yad Vashem through the support of the Raoul Wallenberg Unit of B'nai B'rith Melbourne by awarding Pauline Glass Study Grants
  • The Salomea Gruener Yad Vashem Scholarship
  • The Alexander Israel Ivany Scholarship
