Between the Worlds

This CD-ROM, designed for high school students, is a unique multimedia program that examines social frameworks and relations between residents of the Theresienstadt Ghetto. As Jews from all over Europe were deported to Theresienstadt and most families were separated upon arrival, complex relationships were created among different social groups. This resource includes a database of video testimonies, lexicon, chronological timeline, historical articles and other texts, focusing on the worlds of children, men and women in the ghetto. Art and diary excerpts of Jews who lived in Theresienstadt are highlighted.
