Symposium Marking 70 Years Since the Wannsee Conference

The recent Symposium Marking 70 Years Since the Wannsee Conference: "The Organization of the Mass Murder of the Jews and Its Significance" took place in the presence of M.K. Yuli Edelstein, Minister of Information and Diaspora, Mr. Avner Shalev, Chairman of the Yad Vashem Directorate and H.E. Mr. Henri Etoundi Essomba Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Israel.

The first session with Prof. Omer Bartov, Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, USA, Prof. Yehuda Bauer, Yad Vashem, and Dr. Daniel Uziel, Yad Vashem was chaired by Prof. Dan Michman, Yad Vashem.

The second session with Dr. David Silberklang, Yad Vashem, Prof. Dina Porat, Yad Vashem; University of Tel Aviv, Dr. Natan Cohen, Yad Vashem; Bar-Ilan University and Dr. Joel Zisenwine, Yad Vashem and Ms. Aviv Shashar, Yad Vashem was chaired by Dr. Robert Rozett, Yad Vashem.
