Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.
Entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10. Babies in strollers or carriers will not be permitted to enter.

On the 1st of April, 1944 Jiri Bader celebrated his Bar Mitzva in the Terezin Ghetto. In honor of the occasion he received a Tallit and an album illustrated with images of milestones in his life. A few months later Jiri was deported to Auschwitz and murdered.
