The President of the European Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso, will visit Yad Vashem tomorrow, July 9, 2012. He will tour the Holocaust History Museum, participate in a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance and visit the Children's Memorial before signing the Yad Vashem Guest Book and meeting with Avner Shalev, Chairman of Yad Vashem.
There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Names, Hall of Remembrance and the signing of the Guest Book.
Media who are interested in covering the visit should arrive in the Hall of Names by 11:00.
