United States Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates will visit Yad Vashem, accompanied by Israeli Minister of Defense Amir Peretz, tomorrow, April 19, 2007.

Following are media arrangements for the visit:

11:00: Wreath-laying ceremony, Hall of Remembrance - OPEN

Secretary Gates, Minister Peretz, Ambassador Richard Jones, Chairman of Yad Vashem Avner Shalev

11:15: Children’s Memorial - CLOSED to Cameras

11:20: Signing of the Guest Book, Exit from the Children’s Memorial - OPEN

Media who wish to cover the Secretary’s visit must arrive at the Hall of Remembrance

by 10:30.
