Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.
Entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10. Babies in strollers or carriers will not be permitted to enter.

Today, Israel commemorated Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes Remembrance Day. This year's central theme was Jewish Resistance during the Holocaust: Marking 80 Years since the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. Israel’s President H.E. Mr. Isaac Herzog, Prime Minister Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu and Yad Vashem Chairman Dani Dayan participated in the annual Wreath-Laying ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance.
