Italian President at Yad Vashem Tomorrow

The President of Italy, Giorgio Napolitano, will visit Yad Vashem tomorrow. He will be accompanied by Israeli President Shimon Peres, Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini, and Yad Vashem Chairman Avner Shalev.

Following are press arrangement for the visit:
11:00: Arrival and tour of the Holocaust History Museum - CLOSED
11:40: Hall of Names in the Holocaust History Museum - PHOTO-OP: POOL
12:00: Memorial Service in the Hall of Remembrance - OPEN
12:15: Children’s Memorial - CLOSED to Cameras
12:25: Signing of the Guest Book, Exit from the Children’s Memorial - OPEN

Interested media are requested to coordinate with the Media Relations Department: 02 644 3410, and arrive at the Hall of Remembrance at 11:30, with a valid GPO card.
